Express Condos

Express Condos is located on the west side of Tippett Road, Toronto. It is situated in the vibrant Wilson Heights neighbourhood in North York, which is one of the fastest growing areas in the GTA. Close to the Yorkdale Shopping Centre, various schools, restaurants, cafes and the Wilson Subway Station, Express Condos is also well connected to central Vaughan, Markham, Mississauga and central downtown Toronto. The creator of Express Condos, Malibu Investments Inc. is a Toronto-based builder that develops residential high-rise condominiums throughout the GTA. They have in their name over 3,500 residential suites completed or currently under construction. Currently in preconstruction and slated for completion in 2021, Express Condos will have 16-storeys atop a 6-storey U-shaped podium. The other building will be the second phase and will have two mixed-use towers of 16 and 13-storeys above a common 6-storey connected podium. The total units in this entire project will be 651. This will include 21 bachelor pads, 135 one-bedroom suites, 279 one plus den, 100 two-bedroom units, 77 two plus den and 39 three-bedroom dwellings. There will also be over 14,000 sq ft of retail space on the ground floor. Two-floor underground parking, green roofs, 24-hour concierge service, park and landscaped courtyards are some other unique features of Express Condos.
