It will have 331 residential units and 5,823 sq ft of retail. The Tower 3 and Tower 4 will be 41-storeys and 44-storeys tall respectively. Tower 3 will have 422 residential units with 2,411 sq ft of retail, and Tower 4 will include 475 residential suites with 8,364 sq ft of retail spaces. There will be green roofs throughout the complex on rooftop and amenity levels. The condo complex will include underground parking and above-grade parking, a pool, gym, rooftop patios, BBQ, and indoor and outdoor daycare facility on site.
